Stuart Harrison, huntsman of the Claro Beagles, appeared before Harrogate Magistrates Court on 3rd May 2018, charged with S.1 hunting of a hare.
A two day trial has been set starting on the 25th September 2018 to take place at Skipton Magistrates Court and continuing the following day at Harrogate Magistrates Court. Harrison was previously the huntsman for the Pipewell Foot Beagles.
The case relates to an incident that allegedly took place on the 21st October last year near Sicklinghall, North Yorkshire. Evidence was gathered by League Against Cruel Sports investigators which was given to North Yorkshire police for further investigation.
